Psychiatry and Psychotherapy Services for Adults, Teens, & Children
Our psychiatric services provide comprehensive diagnosis and expert medication management, with individualized, evidence-based treatment for a range of conditions.
We provide evidence-based psychotherapy. Our therapists collaborate with you to strengthen resilience, support emotional development, and improve well-being.
We offer ketamine as a treatment for carefully selected patients when standard approaches have not been effective, with close attention to safety and clinical precision.
Collaborative Care
Our collaborative model integrates psychiatry and psychotherapy. Dr. Alex Papp provides psychiatric care, and Dr. Julie Myers and Dr. Ariane Myers provide psychotherapy. With your permission, we coordinate with one another, with outside providers, and with family members you choose to involve.
We work in close communication to develop a unified, individualized treatment plan, with ongoing review and adjustment as needed. Coordination is straightforward when you see more than one clinician in our practice.
We understand that seeking care can be difficult. We aim to make the first step clear and respectful.
Initial Session
Your initial 90-minute consultation is a dedicated, unhurried space to understand your concerns in depth. We will review what has been troubling you, how your symptoms have evolved, and any relevant psychological, medical, and life history.
By the end of the session, we will offer a thoughtful clinical formulation and collaborate with you to establish clear goals and a treatment plan tailored to your needs.
What to Expect from Treatment
Follow-up Sessions
Ongoing appointments are scheduled following the initial evaluation.
Session frequency is determined collaboratively, based on clinical considerations and your preferences. Every effort is made to accommodate your preferred day and time.
On-going Assessment
Periodic evaluations offer a dedicated opportunity to step back and thoughtfully assess your overall progress. We review symptom changes, functional improvement, response to treatment, and any new concerns that may have emerged.
These consultations allow us to refine therapeutic goals, adjust interventions when indicated, and ensure that your care remains aligned with your evolving needs, priorities, and circumstances.
